I am an out-of-network provider. I do not “take insurance.” Some insurance plans have coverage for out-of-network services. This question can be answered by your insurance company.
Payment is due at time of service, except for packages which are due at first follow-up session. Payment options include ApplePay, Zelle, check, Venmo, & credit card. An additional 3% processing fee is assessed for payments via Venmo & credit card.
Discount pricing is offered for pre-paid blocks of 4 hours. We will discuss if this is a good option for you after your initial evaluation.
