In-person & Virtual Individualized Training Services

Moving, and moving well, are essential to our health, longevity, & quality of life. Having a resilient, versatile body is a straightforward way to meaningfully increase your overall enjoyment & performance in life.  If you would like to gain a physical edge in your day-to-day life, improve how you feel & how you move this may be for you. 

This is about working toward better - whatever it is that better means to you. Perhaps you are an active person who would like to identify and address weak links to bulletproof your body for outdoor play. Maybe you are a fitness enthusiast who has always wanted to do a burpee properly but haven’t quite got it. Or you fell in love with kickboxing and are not sure how to free up your hips to kick higher. Perhaps you are chained to your dining room table for Zoom calls all day and your body is petrifying from staring at the screen all day.  Or you completed physical therapy after surgery or injury but still feel you have work to do to get back to where you want to be.  

Let’s meet you where you are at and give your body & brain what they need to unlock improved comfort & performance. 

In-person & Virtual Individualized Training: What to Expect

In-person & Virtual Individualized Training Initial Consultation Session (75 minutes): We begin with a discussion of your training goals - What matters most to you?  What would you like to achieve?  Where have you been, and where do you want to go?  This is followed by movement screening & assessment that addresses posture, mobility, strength, stability, fundamental movement patterns, and movement patterns related to your goals. This information gives us insight into opportunities for improvement and appropriate program design.  I will build your initial program following this session and teach it to you at follow-up.  If you are presently working with a trainer, I am happy to get on a call to discuss recommendations for working our findings into your current exercise program.($200)

In-person & Virtual Individualized Training Follow-up Sessions (60 minutes, pre-paid discount package available): These are teaching and training sessions built around your desired goals and outcomes.  They can be structured however you prefer based upon your needs, preferences, and learning style.  For example, they can be set up as check-ins for reassessment, program modification, and teaching; they can be full regularly scheduled workouts; they can be a hybrid depending on what you need on a given day.  ($150/session. Prepaid packages available and described below):

Pre-paid Virtual Individualized Training Follow-up Session Discount Packages:

  • 4 prepaid 60 minute sessions, $550.
